Identity

When the Old Identity No Longer Fits

There comes a season in life when the word you once used for yourself no longer feels complete.
You are still functioning. Still carrying the roles that shaped you. And yet, inwardly, something is expanding.
In this episode, I reflect on identity — how we are taught from childhood to define ourselves through titles and roles, how those identities help us build strength and direction, and how, at some point, growth asks for more space.
I share parts of my own journey alongside a broader reflection on what it means to outgrow a professional or social identity and to live in alignment with who you are becoming.
If you are in a season of transition, uncertainty, or quiet expansion, this conversation is for you.
You are not lost.
You are unfolding.
